Behind The Scenes & A Thought
I’m working on putting together an ebook for my readers. It should be up early next week. I am also putting together some tutorials with some video. This way you can see what I’m talking about.I was updating my profile on MyBlogLog and I realized why I love home videos. It’s because what may have been usual or mundane at the time of filming is exquisite even just six months later.
Here’s an example: The first movie I ever made was a little over 2 years ago. My son was around 18 months and I was pregnant with my daughter. We were at an outdoor dog training class and I decided to film my son playing in the field. Everytime he would get ready to run down a small hill he would bend over and move just his left arm back and forth. Then he would take off. He always did this. That how you knew he was about to go “fast”.Now he’s 4 and he doesn’t do that anymore.
Mr. Clean and I were watching the video the other day and we saw him pump his little arm, we started laughing so hard. Little habits like that can be hillarious once time goes on and you forget about them.
So even if you feel like you are just recording boring things your child does everyday, keep filming because you are going to find a gem in that footage one day.
